This was taken at Prince Edward Island on my honeymoon back in June of 2002.
This shot was taken back in 2002 with my Canon AE-1 Program on Fuji Velvia Slide film ISO 50. I just got a bunch of scans back from ScanCafe and I must say, I am pretty impressed. I noticed a big difference in quality when you select the professional hi-res scanning.
Eye (pun very inteded) didn't think so! I borrowed my friend's macro lens for the week, so...
Most people hate these under-the-nose angles but this group doesn't seem to mind. This plaque was interesting as it titles the Book of Mormon as "Another Testament of Jesus Christ".
A cool clock tower on Main and W 100 S. I got to employ the IS with this shot, hand-held at 1/13 sec! Pretty cool!
This interesting structure (the salt palace convention center) was right across the road from our hotel. It looked pretty cool at night.

I liked this shot when I shot it but when I got back and downloaded it it didn't really do much for me. After I added some vignetting, and brightened the bride's dress to make her stand out a bit more I liked the shot much better.
